2. Permissions and Data Usage
To provide a personalized and secure service, we require access to the following permissions:

  • 2.1. Identity & Communication (Phone Number & Email)
    We collect your Phone Number and Email Address to establish a unique user identity. These are essential for:

    • Creating and securing your account.

    • Enabling login and password recovery options.

    • Synchronizing your notes across multiple devices so you never lose your data.

    • Sending important service updates or security notifications.

  • 2.2. Account Security (Contacts)
    Optional: We request access to your Contacts solely to allow you to select a trusted individual as an Emergency Contact. This serves as a backup security measure to help verify your identity or recover your account in the event of unusual activity or if you lose access to your credentials. We do not scan or store your entire address book; only the specific contact you select is processed.

  • 2.3. Note Enrichment (Camera & Photos)
    Optional: To make your notes more vivid and useful, we request access to your Camera and Photo Gallery. This enables you to capture new photos or upload existing images (such as receipts, whiteboards, or memories) and attach them directly to your text notes.

  • 2.4. Service Stability & Security (Device Info & Logs)

    • Device Information: We collect technical details like hardware model, storage status, and network type to optimize the app’s layout and performance for your specific device.

    • Crash Logs: In the rare event of an error, anonymous technical logs are collected to help our engineers diagnose bugs and improve app stability.

    • IDs: Unique identifiers are used to secure your session and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Utilization of Intelligence
The data we aggregate is processed for the following strategic objectives:

  • Service Execution: To store, sync, and display your notes accurately.

  • Risk Management: To detect fraudulent devices and protect the platform from malicious attacks using hardware telemetry.

  • Product Enhancement: To analyze usage patterns and refine our interface design.

4. Security Architecture
We employ a defense-in-depth approach to data security:

  • Encryption Standards: All data streams are secured using SSL/TLS protocols during transit and are encrypted at rest (AES-256).

5. Data Lifecycle Management
